I am the only Certified Master Inspector in the State of Arkansas certified by the Master Inspector Certification Board. I am also the 2008 President of AAREI (Arkansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors). ABC Inspectors abide by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice as administered through the Arkansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. ABC has performed Home Inspections and Commercial Inspections for over sixteen years. We are able to do an inspection at the the most remote sections of Arkansas. ABC's Arkansas Home Inspectors are qualified to perform the following inspections: Buyer/Seller, HUD/FHA, VA, 210 Home Buyers' Warranty, New Construction and Construction Loan Draw. ABC can do a Home Inspection on your existing home if you are considering Remodeling and assess the needed and desired repairs and furnish all documentation to protect you from Unscrupulous Contractors. ABC can inspect your new construction to assure all phases are completed according to Arkansas Standards of Practice. ABC’s inspections are designed to help you make an informed financial decision concerning the property which is about to be financed. Our inspections and reports educate you about the property. We concentrate on safety, security, house component performance/non-performance and cost to client. ABC will work hard for you. You will receive a thorough inspection report. We have written our own software program to meet the specific needs of Arkansans. The 20-30 page report includes relevant color pictures and a summary page with pertinent information.
