In 1997, ABC Consultants Inc. began doing business in Arkansas. Betty Maxwell, founder and President of ABC, has a burning desire to assist small businesses, non-profits and government entities in acquiring Government Grants. In the past, these grants had been dominated by large corporations with little access to small business.

Ms Maxwell special abilities included writing and accounting, With these tools she found she was more that qualified to write government grants. Add the uncanny ability to find favor with the government grant administrators and you will see why she has been so successful. Ms Maxwell began writing government grants for cities and non-profits and in the last eight years she has personally written Grants totaling over Three Million Dollars. Ms Maxwell is also a Arkansas Home Inspector and a Registered Arkansas Appraiser with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

In 2002, Dr Joseph Maxwell joined ABC. Dr Maxwell has written and administrated in excess of Seventeen Millions Dollars in Grants in the last fourteen years. Dr Maxwell has personally Evaluated over fifty Grants.

With the help of Dr Maxwell, ABC expanded its operations to include Home Building and Inspections. Dr Maxwell is an Arkansas Licensed Real Estate Inspector (Arkansas' first and only Certified Master Home Inspecor) and Arkansas Licensed Contractor. With Dr Maxwell’s expertise added to the already thriving company, ABC has become the “Real Estate Specialists” of Arkansas providing all your Home Needs. Dr. Maxwell has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a Master's Degree in Business and Human Resources Development and a Doctorate in Business.
